Evan is the visionary behind Relm. With a degree in Politics from NYU, he began his career shaping zoning and housing policy in Los Angeles City Hall and on U.S. Congressional campaigns, where he saw firsthand how fragmented the real estate system really is. He later consulted Fortune 100 companies on growth strategy and media innovation, helping them navigate change at scale.
At Relm, Evan leads the charge to build a unified AI backbone for the entire real estate industry — from consumers to institutions — and restore access to the American Dream.

Jackson Reiter
Jackson’s path to real estate tech started on the road — as a touring rock drummer. After earning his Economics degree from NYU, he became a licensed real estate agent in New York and New Jersey, where he spent several years helping clients navigate the market from the ground up. He later transitioned into marketing, becoming a performance lead at top agencies and consumer brands, known for scaling growth through data and creative strategy.
At Relm, Jackson oversees operations, product, and go-to-market — focused on building a smarter, faster, more intuitive way for people to find home.

Illya Nayshevsky, Ph.D.
Illya is the engineering mind behind Relm’s AI platform. He holds a Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry from the CUNY Graduate Center, and brings a rare blend of scientific depth and technical versatility. Illya has built computer vision models at an architecture firm, served as a data engineer at a major data company, and founded a quantitative investment advisory firm in NYC.
At Relm, he leads all things technology — designing the systems and infrastructure that power a new kind of real estate search: expressive, intelligent, and built for the future.

Alessandro Seni
Alessandro studied Computer Science and Entrepreneurship at Pace University, with additional coursework at Brown. Before joining Relm, he worked on product development at early-stage startups and with the Cartagena Chamber of Commerce. Passionate about frontier tech, he’s helping build the next generation of AI infrastructure for real estate.
